The Splash Pad is now open for the season. Waterplay Fees: $1 for Scotland County residents 11 years and under $2 for Scotland County Residents 12 years and older Fee for non-county residents is $2 for 11 and under, $4 for 12 and older The water playground is available for rental for birthday parties, daycare use and private events for $50 an hour.
